Glo Health Loyalty Membership Information (effective as of October 9th 2023)

Earning Points:

The Glo Health Loyalty Membership Program works on a points-per-dollar spent basis in store. It is FREE to join and is cardless.

  • For every $1 spent in store on eligible items you will receive 1 ‘Glo Point’ (exclusions apply **)
  • There is no limit to the number of points you can accumulate in one transaction.
  • Once you have accumulated 300 points, you will receive a reward for $15. This appears on your membership account.

Redeeming points:

  • The $15 reward can only be used on a future visit to the store.
  • Only one $15 reward may be used per transaction, per day.
  • The full amount of $15 must be used in a single transaction and is redeemable only for purchases over $15

 

Terms and Conditions

  1. Glo Health may alter or cancel benefits at any time, however we will not withdraw any points which have already accrued at the time of alteration.
  2. Points will expire if they are not used within 12 months.
  3. Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash.
  4. Loyalty points cannot be accumulated on Glo Health Sale Days (1st Wednesday/Thursday of each month) OR on sales placed through Glo Health ecommerce website.
  5. To be eligible to join the program, you must provide your full name, phone number and e-mail address.
  6. One membership per household only. This may be shared with a sibling, partner or between parent and child. Otherwise, membership is NOT to be shared.
  7. Members will receive exclusive SMS reminders regarding Glo Health’s monthly Sale Day events, exclusive VIP events as well as periodic e-newsletters
  8. By submitting a membership application, you accept the terms and conditions of membership.
  9. Any personal information gathered by Glo Health is for internal use only and will never be passed on to a third party.
